SESSION TYPES
STUDIO
sessions
$1595 | Session + All Digital Photos
Our studio sessions are for those who want to update their family photos in a gorgeous neutral indoor setting. Great for families with young kids, babies and even pets are welcome!
Cost : $1595 - $175 paid upon booking, balance after you’ve seen the photos
Inclusions :
45-60 Minute Session in our Cockatoo Valley studio
An appointment to view and pay for the balance of the photos online
All of your edited photos (80-100+ images)
Option to upgrade to get prints / frames of your digitals
Please note : We don’t offer smaller packages of photos for this session type. See our mini sessions if you don’t require the full digital gallery

These sessions are held in our Studio at Cockatoo Valley (Near Gawler)
TIME : 45-60 minute session
HOW IT WORKS : Book in online below, pay $175 towards the total $1595
Step 1 : Come to your session and afterwards book in for a “selections appointment to view and purchase your photos.
Step 2 : We edit and send your photos for your “selections appointment” on the day you have booked in for (Usually 4 weeks after your session)
Step 3 : You add your gallery to cart, and pay the remaining balance of $1420 and then you can download your photos
COST : $1595 in total for the session and all photos
OUTDOOR
sessions

Our outdoor sessions are great for larger families or for those who love the outdoors and an adventure!
Cost : $1595 - $175 paid upon booking, balance after you’ve seen the photos. Add on $100 for extended family (which gives you extra time + more photos)
Inclusions :
45-60 Minute Session outdoors at one of our Barossa Valley locations
An appointment to view and pay for the balance of the photos online
All of your edited photos (80-100+ images)
Option to upgrade to get prints / frames of your digitals

These sessions are held in at one of our 3 locations in the Cockatoo Valley , Williamstown Areas. We can come to a location of your choice if needed.

MINI
sessions
$295-$395 | Session + 5-10 digital images
Our mini sessions are for those who want to update their family photos but don’t want a full gallery of images. These sessions are short, seasonal sessions and get you 5-10 images depending on session type. See below :

Paddock Sessions (Held in only Daylight Savings) :

A short 15 minute session, run seasonally. These sessions are run as events throughout the year, usually for big occasions like Mother’s Day, Autumn, Christmas and other special events. We do NOT hold mini sessions outside of these events.
Cost : $295 - Paid in full upon booking

15 Minute Session held in our set location for the event. Head to the events page to see where these locations are.
5 digital files An option to upgrade to get all of the digital images for an extra $350
HOW IT WORKS :
Book in your session after the event has launched. Pay full amount to secure the date
Step 1 : Come to your session at the time you have booked.
Step 2 : 4 weeks after your session we will email you your gallery for selections of your 5 images
Step 3 : You choose your 5 images or you can upgrade and buy the whole gallery of images (usually 20-30+ images)

A short 20 minute session, run seasonally during daylight savings on select WEEKENDS at Jade’s property. These sessions are run as events throughout the year, so they cannot be custom dates. First come, first served. We do NOT hold these paddock sessions outside of these events.
Cost : $395 - Paid in full upon booking

10 digital files An option to upgrade to get all of the digital images for an extra $350
HOW IT WORKS :
Book in your session after the event has launched. Pay full amount to secure the date
Step 1 : Come to your session at the time you have booked.
Step 2 : 4 weeks after your session we will email you your gallery for selections of your 5 images
Step 3 : You choose your 10 images or you can upgrade and buy the whole gallery of images (usually 20-30+ images)
How the experience works :
Step One
You enquire with us / book your session in online using our online calendars & fill out the client form
Step Two
You receive an automatic welcome email with important session information. 2-4 weeks before your session we touch base with you to confirm your attendance
Step Three
You attend your session at the booked location and then afterwards book in for your “selections appointment” to view your images
Step Four
We send your gallery to you for viewing and purchase on the day of your selections appointment. You purchase your images

Yes! We offer AFTERPAY and also a terse free option called Payright.
With of these options you can pay later but still gnt the photos straight away.
Afterpay is no deposifront and Payright requires a 20% deposit after approval of finance -
Yes, we love traveling. We travel for our full sessions

Our studio is located in Cockatoo Valley in the Barossa Valley, 5 minutes outside of Gawler.
Out outdoor sessions take place closely in Sandy Creek / Williamstown Aareas - 5-10 minutes out of Gawler

For our family shoots, we only do the full sessions which give you the full gallery of photos. If you would like to have a cheaper session with less images you can take a look at our events tab where we may be running mini or paddock sessions. This is the only way to get cheaper photos with us and less images

We have a weather policy for our outdoor shoots that we stick to, to ensure that you’re always going to have a good experience outdoors with us. You can see our weather policy upon booking or click the link here to see our conditions. Basically, if it is wet or windy or miserable weather - We will reschedule your session. We make the call for reschedules on THE MORNING of your session before 11am and the call is final. This is to give our photography team enough notice for what they are doing with their shift in the afternoon

This is totally personal preference! We do most of our sessions in our studio and absolutely love using or space. We have multiple “sets” with the bed, lounge, window seat etc If you love the look of the outdoor sessions, these are really fun and you get some really fun and wild images from this type of session

Yes you can bring your dogs to either a studio or an outdoor session! Just let us know when you’re booking so we know to expect them!

If you require wheelchair access to your session, please let us know! Our studio is accessible and if you have booked an outdoor session and require easy access and/or minimal walking, please let us know as we can arrange for your session to be held at a location where you can drive your car straight to the photoshoot spot so no walking will be required.
